Abdul Mussawir Ghafurzai is a minor character in ArmA 2's Operation Black Gauntlet campaign.
Biography[]
Ghafurzai was the former presidential advisor of Colonel Muhammad R. Aziz. He is also known as the Seven of Hearts.
