Bukovina is a playable terrain in ArmA 2. It was added with the release of the Army of the Czech Republic DLC.

An army training ground in the Czech Republic, Bukovina features an airfield and three small villages.

A large compound is established to the south-east of the airfield, and is designed specifically for teaching Czech military personnel the necessary skills to carry out Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT).

Bukovina is a densely wooded area surrounded by hilly terrain in the north. Towards the centre and south, the terrain transitions to a flatter, grassy expanse with rolling hills and farmland.

Trivia[]

  • Bukovina is simply a summer-themed Chernarus terrain but is a cut-out version that only features the Vybor airport and its surrounding villages in the north-west (along with minor changes such as the addition of the MOUT compound and an enlargened Vybor).
