- (5) Secure LZ Connor
- (6) Secure Agios Cephas

Mandatory[]
- Kerry must survive
- You must arrive at the scheduled meeting location on time
- Follow your squad leader's orders
- Do not abandon your squad
- Avoid collateral damage/friendly fire
- Remain within the combat area
Walkthrough[]
NOTE:
- Do not bring a backpack with you on this mission. You will be given one shortly after commencing the operation.
- Scouting missions will still be possible after this mission is completed, though many locations and caches will no longer be available and will have been relocated.
Primary 1: Regroup[]
Join up with the rest of your squad down the slopes.
Primary 2: Take the backpack[]
Your squad leader has directed you to grab the backpack. Equip it, and then take the set of NVGs inside it (assuming you didn't have your own pair already).
Primary 3: Meeting[]
Follow the rest of your squad to the rendezvous site with the FIA contact.
You will fail this objective if you take too long to reach the rendezvous (which shouldn't be possible under normal circumstances).
Primary 4: Secure Agios Ioannis[]
Move quickly to the village of Agios Ioannis south of your current position. Flank left up the rocks with your squad leader and the medic.
A three-man fireteam of AAF troopers will be patrolling the village. Eliminate them and then move up to the pickup truck to inspect it. Your squad's medic will check the driver's vitals but fail to find any sign of the FIA contact.
Primary 5: Secure LZ Connor[]
Continue pushing further south towards LZ Connor alongside your squad.
There are a total of seven enemy troopers guarding the ruins whom you'll need to get rid of (two will be manning the watch tower). Once all seven are killed off, move in to "secure" the area.
Primary 6: Secure Agios Cephas[]
Now move down the trail towards the village of Agios Cephas.
An AAF rifle squad is standing outside the village's homes. Kill them quickly (use the rocks and trees for cover), then move in to secure it.
Primary 7: Clear houses[]
Your task is to clear each of the three houses and the shed one-by-one:
- The shop to the east (with the door ajar) has a trooper standing next to the counter. Toss a frag grenade inside. Don't use the window unless you're skilled enough at throwing grenades to know the precise trajectory.
- The home to the south has two troopers inside: one garrisoned at each window in both rooms. Once again, breach the doors from either side and toss a frag inside.
- These two troopers will have most likely died in your initial assault. If that's the case, you won't have to breach it yourself.
- The double-storey home to the west has one trooper on the second floor. Try to bounce a grenade off the wall; you may need to throw more than one grenade to score a kill.
- Like the two garrisoned in the southern home, this particular trooper may have decided to walk downstairs during the initial assault. If this turned out to be the case, you won't need to breach the second floor.
- The shed behind the home to the west has one trooper standing in the middle. You can toss a frag through the window gap or the entrance.
Once all of the houses are breach and cleared, the objective will be completed.
Primary 8: Return to Camp Maxwell[]
Camp Maxwell has come under attack by the AAF's artillery. Rejoin the rest of your squad as you make your way back to Maxwell on foot.
Just follow your squad's pace and don't sprint too much. You'll fail the mission if you stray too far away from them before the mission ends.
Optional 9: Resupply[]
This objective isn't attainable as it will be cancelled shortly after you meet with the FIA contact.
Tips[]
- The AI cannot see the beams of infrared lasers. If you need assistance aiming your primary weapon, the IR Laser Pointer can be safely used without any risk of exposing yourself.
- Make liberal usage of frag grenades when clearing each of the homes. If you forgot to bring additional grenades, you can grab some extra ones from the corpses of the FIA guerillas and AAF troopers at LZ Connor.
- If you insist on clearing the homes by hand (not recommended), then make sure you peek around corners rather than exposing your entire body. At these distances, your plate carrier will not save you from a quick burst of 5.56 mm bullets.
Trivia[]
- If the squad's medic somehow died during the first engagement at Agios Ioannis, the sequence of him checking the driver's vital signs will be skipped.
- Alternate dialogue will be triggered if the squad took heavy casualties before returning to Camp Maxwell.[1] The debriefing will also be slightly different to reflect this outcome.[2]
- When Survive was first released, Nikos' voice actor sounded different and was much higher pitched compared to his current voice.
- This was carried over into the Adapt episode but was eventually refactored in Game Update 1.14 following the release of the main campaign's third and final episode.[3]
