The Czech Backpack is a BLUFOR backpack used exclusively by Czech military forces in ArmA 2. It was added with the release of the Operation Arrowhead expansion pack.
Overview[]
The largest backpack in ArmA 2, the Czech Backpack can store up to fourteen magazines at a time[CfgVh 2], and is also able to contain a single non-heavy primary weapon or sidearm.[CfgVh 1]
Surpassing both the U.S. Army's Coyote and the British Assault Pack by two/one inventory slots (respectively), the Czech Backpack is ideal for anti-tank gunners. It can easily fit two spare missiles for the Javelin ATGM launcher or up to seven non-PG-7VR grenades for the RPG-7V.
Its main downsides stems from its large profile, which is significantly taller than all other backpacks combined. Because it is only available in a woodland camouflage cover, the Czech Backpack isn't particularly useful outside of heavily forested or woodland environments.
Trivia[]
- Despite Takistan's arid terrain, no desert-themed variant of the Czech Backpack camouflaged in the Czech military's "vz.95 Desert" pattern was ever added to ArmA 2; not even with the Army of the Czech Republic DLC's release.
