A village located on the south-east side of the Nadbór region, Dolnik is not directly linked to any other settlement in the area as it lies deep within Nadbór's military exclusion zone.[1]
As such, permission to travel to-and-from the village along the road corridors is strictly limited to local residents only. Travellers passing through are required to follow the orders of military personnel and carry identification on them at all times.[2]
Trivia[]
SPIN-OFF: The following information stems from a spin-off expansion or third party Creator DLC and is considered to be non-canon in the main Armaverse timeline.
"SCP-173" inside the locked building.
In the non-canonical First Contact campaign, an easter egg referencing the "Secure Contain Protect" universe can be found inside a building in the forest to north of the village (at grid 113-008).[3]
The player can only open the door with a flickering red light marked with "173", whereupon they will stumble into a bloodied, statue-like object at the back of the room (the so-called "SCP-173" entity).[4]
If the player leaves the area and breaks their line-of-sight from the statue, they can later return to the building see that the statue will have seemingly "moved" towards the door.
However, unlike its counterpart in the SCP universe, the in-game version cannot actually harm the player even if they turn their back towards the statue.
↑ARMA 3:Contact 2019 [Video Game], Bohemia Interactive a.s., Livonia, "The Nadbór Region became an army training area in the 1990s. Since 2035, it has grown extensively to accommodate biennial military exercises, held between NATO member states."
↑ARMA 3:Contact 2019 [Video Game], Bohemia Interactive a.s., First Contact, False Negative, "RUDWELL: This road. It's not part of the training area? HOMEWOOD: No. Civilian corridor. It's the only way through to Nadbór if you haven't got a pass."
