The Formal Suit is an outfit worn by civilians, V.I.P. officials and bodyguards in ArmA 3. It was added with the release of the Art of War DLC.
Sleek clothing intended for important events, the Formal Suit comprises of a designer suit, a pair of dress pants, and a white dress shirt with a matching tie.
The Formal Suit offers no protection from either small arms fire or explosives. It weighs a total of 30 "mass" but the pockets only provide 20 units worth of space for ammunition/gear.

T-Shirt[]
Identical to baseline Formal Suits but with a t-shirt in lieu of the white dress shirt and tie.
There are no other functional or statistical differences between the two outfits.
Camouflage[]
The regular Formal Suit uses the following schemes. All feature the same white-coloured dress shirt:
Black: All-black colour scheme with a red tie and black shoes.
Blue: Blue colour scheme with a blue mesh tie and black shoes.
Gray: Slate grey colour scheme with black tie and shoes.
Khaki: Bright khaki scheme with a dotted red tie and brown shoes.
Formal Suits that feature t-shirts instead are only available in the following schemes:
Black: All-black colour scheme with a white t-shirt and black shoes.
Gray: Greyish white colour scheme with a black t-shirt and shoes.

Equip the player's avatar in the Virtual Arsenal with either the regular Format Suit or the T-Shirt sub-variant. Any camouflage variant will suffice to unlock the achievement.
