The Ghost Hotel is an abandoned resort located on the island of Altis in the Republic of Altis and Stratis.
Overview[]
Comprising of a single sky blue-coloured multi-storey hotel and twenty-nine smaller apartments, this former resort provides an excellent view of the Pefkas Bay in Altis' north-east. A paved road originating from the main highway at the village of Ioannina leads directly towards the resort.
However, ever since the civil war it has been left abandoned and derelict. All that remains of its former glory are dilapidated and boarded up apartments, overgrown flora, burnt vehicle wrecks, and a dried-up swimming pool.[1]
Landmarks[]
Temple of Iraklia[]

Ruins that date back to the era of Ancient Phoenicia[2][3], the Temple of Iraklia is a tourist attraction[4] that overlooks the north-eastern coastline. It is located to the north-west of the main hotel building at grid 215-212.
Facilities[]
Pier[]

The hotel has a small L-shaped pier for recreational boats and tourist vessels. It is accessible from the main hotel either by walking or driving down the paved road towards the beach at grid 216-208.
Trivia[]
- The resort is directly based on the real (and also abandoned) Kaviria Palace Resort located on the island of Lemnos, Greece.
- Likewise, the site of the in-game Temple of Iraklia matches the location of the Choros Kaveiriou ruins next to the real Kaviria Palace Resort, though its in-game version is much smaller when compared to its real-world counterpart.
- The Ghost Hotel did not originally exist upon ArmA 3's launch. The site was later added after the release of the main campaign's third episode as part of Game Update 1.14.[5]
