The Helmet SPH-4 is a wearable hat used by West German borderguards, military pilots and law enforcement officers in ArmA 3. It was added with the release of the Global Mobilization - Cold War Germany Creator DLC.

A flight helmet made in the U.S., the Helmet SPH-4 provides hearing protection and minimises the risk of head injury.
The Helmet SPH-4 has a weight of 10 "mass" units.[CfgWp 1] It is not classified as a ballistic-resistant helmet and does not provide any protection against damage from indirect explosions.

- The SPH-4 was not initially included on Global Mobilization's launch and was only added as part of Update 1.2's content.[1]
