The Hood Warehouse Complex is located next to the Manchester Environmental Laboratory. Containers are stored either within the compound or inside the main warehouse itself after being unloaded from ships at the harbour.
History[]
In late June/early July 2013[1], a cargo ship operated by Xiamjin Wharf Management was scheduled to arrive at the complex to unload vital cargo. However, it failed to do so after the ship suffered an accident whilst transiting through the Puget Sound, rendering the ship immobile and partially sunk.[2]
The contents of the ship were deemed to be of extremely high value by the Vrana Corporation. However, as the cleanup process dragged into early August[3], Vrana's then-CEO, William R. J. Haydon, arranged to have one particular container be airlifted out of the sound instead. To do so, Vrana had contracted the services of a local aviation company, Larkin Aviation, to perform the task. Larkin Aviation's personnel succeeded in slinging the container back to the complex[4], though their helicopter (loaned to them by Vrana) had suffered a malfunction on the flight out.[5]
Having grown wary of Vrana's intentions and suspicious over the nature of the container's contents[6], the staff of Larkin Aviation (unofficially) asked to have the Seattle Police Department investigate the complex.[7]
SPD SWAT raid the complex (2013)
Through an acquaintance at the SPD, Larkin Aviation's security manager, Paul Kelly, arranged to have a SWAT team carry out a raid.[7] After being inserted into the complex, the team quickly identified and opened the suspected container, only to discover that it had already been emptied out and nothing incriminating was present within.[8]
In the aftermath of the raid, it was announced that federal authorities are in the process of filing unknown charges against Haydon[9], though it is uncertain as to how successful the case will be given the lack of evidence.[10]
What became of the container's contents remains unclear.[11]

We can't let Larkin Aviation get caught up in their shady corporate activities. Michelle's backing us, and provided the location of the CEO's head of operations, Brian Frost. He almost certainly knows what Haydon's been up to. Give him a shaky ride and - once we've extracted the info - we'll try to find out what exactly this has all been about. I'll be up there with you, Joe."

Our last chance is to direct the authorities towards whatever it is they have stashed away at the Hood Warehouse Complex. We know that they aren't going to remain out in the open for much longer, but the police just don't have the resources to move quickly enough. It seems that we've got to act now. Kelly's put a word in with some old friends on the force. Transport and direct a response team directly to wherever the containers are stored. Good luck, Tom. Michelle."
