Ibrahim Soltani was the main antagonist of ArmA Tactics' Operation Tempest campaign.

However, the Americans succeeded in tracking down his location and breached the factory. They eliminated his bodyguards but Soltani quickly took one of the workers hostage.
Taunting the operatives on their inability to shoot him, he relayed a message to his men in the factory to execute the hostages if they were to hear another gunshot. While attempting to back out of the building, one of the operatives unexpectedly threw a combat knife into his back. Unable to dodge in time, Soltani was instantly killed.
