Kvilda is a remote settlement located in the Independent Republic of Nogova.
Overview[]
A remote mountainside village that lies beyond Nogova's northern mountains, Kvilda resides at the northeasternmost tip of the island. It is completely inaccessible by road as the only trail that leads in its direction (from Trosky) cuts off half-way towards the settlement. Due to its isolation from the rest of the island, its residents are heavily reliant on subsistence fishing.[1]
Even though Kvilda is technically classified as a seaport[1], the village itself does not have a concrete harbour for large ships to dock at as steep rocky cliffs line the entire north-eastern coast.
