The PM is a 9 mm handgun used by Polish military forces and in limited numbers with revolutionaries in ArmA 3. It was added with the release of the Global Mobilization - Cold War Germany Creator DLC.
Overview[]
- This section is a stub. You can help Armed Assault Wiki by expanding it.
The PM is a straight blowback action, frame-fixed barrel handgun that is chambered to fire the 9×18 mm round.
It loads exclusively from 8-round magazines, and can achieve a fire rate of up to 600 rounds per minute[CfgWp 6][Formula 1] with a muzzle velocity of 315 m/s.[CfgWp 7][Formula 2][note 1] It cannot be fitted with optical sights. Additionally, because its barrel is not threaded, the PM does not support being fitted with a sound suppressor.
Ironsights[]

The PM's ironsights cannot be manually zeroed. They are set to a fixed zeroing of 50 metres.[CfgWp 8][CfgWp 9]

Trivia[]
- The PM's accuracy was improved after the release of Update 1.1.3844.[1]
- Prior to Update 1.5, the PM was able to mount a suppressor. This ability was later removed with the patch's release and was instead given to the (then-new) PiM pistol.[2]
- It was also shared with East German forces as the faction's standard-issue sidearm (for NVA officers and police alike), though this too was also changed by the patch so that only Polish units retained the PM.
- After the release of Update 1.6, issues with the PM being too precise in the hands of AI-controlled units was fixed. Range limits and dispersion values for the AI were changed by the patch so that the AI can no longer shoot with pinpoint accuracy at any distance.[3]
