Slash Bandoliers are vests worn by multiple factions in ArmA 3.
Overview[]
Slash Bandoliers are low-profile rigs intended to provide storage space for limited amounts of rifle magazines. They are often worn by officers, ground vehicle crewmen, and non-combat or off-duty military personnel.
Slash Bandoliers weigh 10 "mass" units[CfgWp 1] and offer enough storage space for up to 80 "mass" units worth of ammunition/items.[CfgWp 2] They do not protect the wearer from damage caused by small arms fire or indirect explosions.
Camouflage[]
- Black: All-black colour scheme.
- Coyote: Darkened coyote brown colour scheme.
- Green: Ranger green colour scheme.
- Green Hex: Khaki colour scheme with Tropical Hexacam-camouflaged pouches.
- Khaki: Khaki colour scheme.
- Olive: Olive green colour scheme.
Trivia[]
- Despite being completely different visually, the Ranger Green-coloured variant lacks its own dedicated inventory icon and simply reuses the Khaki version's icon.
- The Green Hex variant was not initially available at ArmA 3's launch and is the only version of the Slash Bandolier which was added in a later patch (specifically with the Apex expansion pack's release[1]).
