The Tactical Sound Suppressor is a muzzle-fitted weapon attachment in ArmA 3's Reaction Forces Creator DLC.

The Tactical Sound Suppressor has a weight of 10 "mass" units.[CfgWp 1] It is fully compatible with all 6.5 mm-chambered firearms (both NATO and non-NATO) regardless of whether they fire cased or caseless ammunition:
- CMR-76 bullpup marksman rifle (6.5 mm)
- Katiba/Katiba Carbine bullpup rifle/carbine (6.5 mm)
- Mk200 light machine gun (6.5 mm)
- The MX series of modular rifles (6.5 mm)
- The Promet series of modular bullpup rifles (6.5 mm)
- Type 115 special purpose rifle (6.5 mm/.50 BW)
Upon being fitted onto a weapon, the Tactical Sound Suppressor will increase its muzzle velocity by 5%[CfgWp 2] and improve its accuracy by 20%.[CfgWp 3]
Against the AI, the distance at which they can hear the weapon being fired will be reduced by up to 96%.[CfgWp 4] On the other hand, the distance at which they can see the muzzle flash will be cut by 70%.[CfgWp 5]
The Tactical Sound Suppressor is available in five camouflage schemes: Black, Green, Khaki, Sand, and Tan. It should be noted that the Tactical Sound Suppressor will increase the inertia penalty of the weapon it is mounted onto by +0.2.[CfgWp 6]
