Turbans are wearable hats worn by several BLUFOR, REDFOR and INDFOR factions, as well as with Arganan civilians in ArmA 3. They were added with the release of the Western Sahara Creator DLC.

Overview[]

A customary form of headwear, Turbans are worn by civilians, paramilitary fighters, insurgents living throughout the Sefrawi, and even some British black ops teams. It covers the wearer's entire head and neck, leaving only a slit open for their eyes.

The Turban has a weight of 6 "mass" units. It does not reduce damage from gunfire or explosives.

Variants[]

Loose[]

A loosened version that has no fabric covering the wearer's face or neck.

Statistically, it is identical to the baseline Turban.

Open[]

An alternate loosened variant that has fabric covering the neck but not the face.

It is also identical to the baseline Turban and weighs the same (6 "mass").

Simple[]

The neck and face are completely exposed. Only the wearer's head is covered on this variant.

As with the Loose and Open variants, it shares the same weight with the baseline Turban (6 "mass").

Camouflage[]

  • Black: All-black colour scheme.
  • Blue: Bright blue colour scheme.
  • Green: Olive green colour scheme.
  • Pattern:* Multi-colour pattern overlay on a green background.
  • Orange: Bright orange/red colour scheme.
  • Red: Bright red colour scheme.
  • Sand: Tan colour scheme.
  • White: All-white colour scheme.
  • Yellow: Bright yellow colour scheme.

(*) Not available for Loose and Simple variants.

Trivia[]

  • The baseline Full variant is not scaled to fit Asian heads properly and will visibly clip into the wearer's cheeks.
