The Wireless Headpiece is a wearable head accessory used by both civilians and IDAP aid workers in ArmA 3. It was added with the release of the Laws of War DLC.

Catering to those who need their hands free and still be able to talk, the Wireless Headpiece connects to most smartphone devices for two-way communications. It has a weight of only 2 "mass" units.[CfgWp 1]

- Because the Wireless Headpiece uses the exact same model as its facewear counterpart, their models will visibly clip into one other if worn simultaneously.
- It is purely cosmetic headgear. Wearing the headset does not provide the user with the ability to speak via radio communications.
